Treatments usually last from 10 to 30 minutes, relieve stress and improve productivity. Thai Massage

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a compassionate healing approach to wellness that fuses different techniques including: meditation, reflexology, acupressure, passive stretching, and aromatherapy. This "lazy man’s yoga" is therapeutic for opening and transforming the body, mind, and spirit into a place of relation and peace. It works in the spaces between the bones and tendons, working the energy lines, the nervous system, the fascia, and connective tissue.

Thai massage benefits include: lengthening muscles through progressive, assisted stretching, increase the joint’s range of motion, bolster immune system health and function, improve circulation, balance flow of energy in the body, relax muscle tension, balance the nervous system, promote the sinuses, skin, respiratory system, and heart, and aids in detoxifying the body.

Hot Stones

Hot Stones

Hot Stone Therapy utilizes the benefits of thermotherapy. Hot stones are gently placed on energy or ‘chakra’ points during the treatment and are used on the body during the massage to provide deep muscular stress relief. Heated stone treatment goes beyond the physical and allows you to enter a deeper sense of relaxation, health and well being. The penetrating heat from the stones relaxes muscles, allowing trigger points to dissolve and fade with minimum effort. Some of the benefits include relief of chronic pain, relaxation and stress reduction, detoxification of the body, and relief of neck and back pain.
