Massage Techniques
According to the ATMA, massage therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client.
Chair Massage
Chair massage, or on-site massage, this technique
involves the use of a specially designed massage chair in which the client
sits comfortably. Seated massage includes bodywork and techniques, such as
shiatsu and Swedish massage, On-site massage can be done almost anywhere,
including professional offices, work places and sporting events. Treatments
usually last from 10 to 30 minutes, relieve stress and improve productivity.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a compassionate healing approach to wellness

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize

Five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate the
soft tissues of the body. Swedish is used to improve circulation, relieve
muscle pain and tension, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, increase
flexibility and induce relaxation by using a combination of kneading,
rolling, vibration, percussive, and tapping movements.
